This Disclaimer applies to the PhotoReport service operated by OMNIA FLUIDES (“the Company”).

1. Service Provided “As Is”

The Service is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation.

2. Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be liable for any loss or corruption of data, regardless of cause. Users are encouraged to maintain backup copies of their data. The Company shall not be liable for service interruptions (scheduled or unscheduled) or for failures of third-party services (Firebase/Google Cloud, Apple App Store, Formspree). In no event shall the Company be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Nothing in this Disclaimer shall limit or exclude liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable French or EU law.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites. The Company is not responsible for the content or availability of such sites.

4. Documentation Tool

PhotoReport is a documentation and reporting tool for construction professionals. It does not constitute engineering, architectural, compliance, or legal advice. Users are solely responsible for decisions made based on information documented through the Service.

5. Force Majeure

The Company shall not be liable for failures resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
