How many projects can I create?
With the free version, you can create one project. With a Pro or Teams subscription, the number of projects and photos is unlimited.
If my subscription expires, do I lose all my data?
Not at all. Once your subscription expires, you keep all your data. However, if you have exceeded the free version's usage limits, you won't be able to create new projects, plans, or photos.
Can I export several photos independently?
You need to export the complete project so that the photo numbering matches the location plans.
What is supported for floor plans?
You can import a plan in PDF, JPEG or PNG format, for example photos of safety plans or AutoCAD screenshots.
Is the app available on Android?
Currently, PhotoReport is only available on iOS and iPadOS.
On how many devices can I use PhotoReport?
The subscription is linked to your Apple account, allowing use on all your associated devices.
Does the app work on my iPhone?
Yes, PhotoReport is designed to work on both iPad and iPhone.
Where is my data stored?
Your data is stored on your device. With a Pro or Teams subscription, your projects are also backed up in the cloud and synced across your devices.
How much space does a photo report take?
It depends on the number of plans and photos. We recommend reducing the photo quality in the settings.
Can I save photos taken from the app?
Yes, from the home screen tap the settings gear and enable 'save photos to camera roll'.
What is online report sharing?
With PhotoReport Pro or Teams, you can create a password-protected secure sharing link. Your recipients view the report directly in their browser, without installing the app. You choose the validity period (7, 30 or 90 days).
What is the difference between Pro and Teams?
PhotoReport Pro offers unlimited projects, online report sharing and 5 GB of cloud storage. PhotoReport Teams adds real-time collaboration: invite members, share projects and sync changes instantly, with 20 GB of cloud storage.
Does the app support video?
Yes, you can capture and attach videos to your viewpoints in addition to photos.
Does PhotoReport work with Apple Pencil?
Yes, PhotoReport integrates Apple's PencilKit to annotate your photos with precision. Draw, circle and note directly on your shots with your Apple Pencil.
How long is the free trial?
The PhotoReport Pro free trial lasts 7 days. You can cancel at any time before the end of the trial period, at no charge.
