How long does setup take?
We respond to every request within 1 business day with a detailed quote. Once the purchase order is signed or payment is received, your team is activated within 1 additional business day.
How does seat-based pricing work?
The Teams plan is sold per seat (active user). You can add or remove seats during the year — adjustments apply at the next annual renewal, or immediately on request. Users share projects without limit.
What's the commitment period? How do I cancel?
Annual commitment. To cancel, email contact@photoreport.app before the renewal date. Without cancellation, the subscription renews automatically for another year.
Where is the data hosted?
Project data is hosted on Firebase and encrypted at rest. You retain ownership of all data uploaded to PhotoReport. GDPR-compliant.
